3. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to deliver high-quality marketing services, Senior Convert does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Number of leads generated

Number of tours booked

Occupancy increases

Revenue increases

Advertising performance or conversion rates

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, client pricing, responsiveness, competition, and advertising platform performance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Respond to leads in a timely manner

Approve marketing materials as needed

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Maintain access to necessary accounts and platforms

Senior Convert is not responsible for lost opportunities due to delayed responses or incomplete client cooperation.

5. Advertising Costs

Advertising spend (including Meta, Google, or other platforms) is paid directly by the client unless otherwise stated in writing. These costs are separate from service fees charged by Senior Convert.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements or invoices.

Failure to pay on time may result in:

Suspension of services

Paused advertising campaigns

Additional late fees where applicable

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through our website, forms, advertisements, scheduling pages, or any other communication channel, you consent to receive communications from Senior Convert, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service-related updates

Follow-ups regarding inquiries

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their business.

Senior Convert retains ownership of its proprietary systems, templates, workflows, automations, processes, training materials, and internal business methods. These materials may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, GoHighLevel, email providers, SMS providers, and scheduling tools.

Senior Convert is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Convert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Senior Convert in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senior Convert, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Client business practices

Client-provided content

Violations of law or regulations

Misuse of services

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to any signed agreement.

Upon termination:

Any outstanding balances remain due

Active campaigns may be paused or removed

Access to systems may be revoked

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Interfere with website functionality

Upload malicious code or content

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

14. Governing Law
